Sleep coach
Amy Cheseldine
I am a Certified Sleep Consultant Practitioner and founder of The Good Sleep Method. I work with adults and teens looking to improve their sleep to enable them to feel and perform their best. I can help with a variety of different sleep challenges including short or long term insomnia, disrupted sleep due to pregnancy or menopause, those struggling at work from lack of sleep, or people wanting to improve their habits and routines around sleep to feel more energized. Along with my Accredited Sleep Consultant Diploma and Holistic Adult Sleep Coach Certification, I am a member of the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants and the British Sleep Society, and additionally am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), anxiety management, sleep during the menopause and motivational interviewing. Additionally, I have a previous corporate background, as well as being a high level athlete and coach, so I deeply understand the impact our wellbeing (and particularly our sleep) has on performance. I regularly work with organisations and high performers on how to optimise sleep for peak performance. My clients are often people who feel like they’ve tried ‘everything’ to improve sleep themselves but have not seen the improvements they want, or those who do not want to take sleeping medication, as this doesn’t provide a long term solution for them or resolve the underlying root cause of their sleep challenge. I believe that everyone is capable of being a ‘good sleeper’, if they are armed with the right knowledge, tools & techniques to enable them to achieve this. I focus on a holistic approach to sleep that considers the interconnectedness of many factors that contribute to sleep quality & duration.

Canada
Azmina Ahamed
My name is Azmina Ahamed, and my work is centered around supporting people through emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, and periods of deep transition. I am trained in ThetaHealing® and Angel Healing, and I work in a gentle, integrative, and client-centered way. My sessions are non-diagnostic and are designed to complement — not replace — medical or therapeutic care. I support individuals who feel exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in repeating emotional patterns, helping them reconnect with a sense of inner balance, clarity, and safety at their own pace. I believe the body holds emotional memory, and when we listen with care rather than force, meaningful shifts can begin. My approach is grounded, respectful, and focused on creating a calm, supportive space where clients feel heard and held.

Sleep coach
Olena Santangeli
I’m an integrative sleep coach supporting both children and adults, with over 16 years of experience in sleep science, brain health, and mental wellbeing. My work centers on sleep optimization as a foundational pillar of health and performance, rather than quick fixes or rigid protocols. I support adults experiencing insomnia, sleep-related anxiety, racing thoughts, burnout, and low energy by addressing both the biological and behavioral drivers of poor sleep. I also work closely with infants, young children, and families, offering high-touch, deeply personalized, and attachment-focused sleep support. I never use cry-it-out methods or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, sleep strategies are carefully tailored to each child’s developmental stage, temperament, and family context—always honoring and protecting the parent–child bond. Parents are guided step by step with responsive, nurturing approaches that help children build healthy sleep skills while feeling safe, connected, and understood. Across all ages, I integrate evidence-based practices from neuroscience and sleep medicine with a holistic, integrative framework that includes circadian rhythm alignment, light exposure, nutrition, movement, and nervous system regulation.

Sleep coach
Tracy Hannigan
I'm a qualified sleep therapist with qualifications in CBTI, ACTI and health coaching with a specialism in behavioural change. My background includes a degree in psychology and being a registered osteopath, so I take a very holistic approach to my clinical care. I've been helping adults with insomnia for many years, using both my clinical knowledge, my personal experience of insomnia, and a generally compassionate and supportive coaching approach. I can help people with both insomnia, some circadian rhythm disorders, and repetitive nightmares, using only evidence based approaches.

Nat Creasy
I help exhausted women who've been running on empty for far too long. If you're shattered all day but wide awake when your head hits the pillow, or waking at 3am with your mind already racing through tomorrow's to-do list—you're in the right place. I specialise in deep rest and nervous system recalibration through yoga nidra, breathwork, and what I call "soul science"—blending practical techniques with contemplative wisdom. This isn't about quick fixes or sleep hygiene lists you've already tried. It's about getting underneath the exhaustion to help you feel anchored, bring quiet to your inner critic, and sleep properly again. I've been doing this work for over 15 years. Women come to me when they're done with pushing through, and what starts as "fix my sleep" often becomes something deeper—a complete shift in how they move through life. Less frantic, more grounded, actually able to rest. My approach is gentle but powerful. We work at your pace, with your nervous system, not against it. Whether you need a one-off reset or deeper ongoing support, I'm here to help you reclaim your energy and your peace.

Certified Responsive Sleep Consultant
Flic Tyrer
I am a Mum of two young children and having been through the sleep challenges myself, I understand how tough it can be. But that isn't the main reason I became a sleep consultant. I chose to go into the world of infant sleep because sleep deprivation is one of the leading causes of depression for new parents. I lost my Dad to suicide and have had my own challenges with mental health so wanted to do something to help other families. Now I get to make things so much easier for parents and I do so in a down-to-earth, flexible way because life shouldn't stop for sleep.

Sleep coach
Aidan Byrne
I support professionals who are often in demanding or senior roles, who find themselves overwhelmed by stress, burnout, and imposter syndrome. Many of my clients describe feeling exhausted, withdrawn, or “burnt out,” even though they continue to perform at a high level. These struggles can lead to sleepless nights, strained relationships, and a sense of disconnection from life outside of work. Clients often come to me when they feel they can’t keep pushing through on their own. My calming presence, clear communication, and practical tools help create a safe space for reflection and change. Drawing on both my professional expertise and seven years’ experience in the NHS Ambulance Services, I understand first-hand the impact of long hours, relentless pressure, and the toll it can take on health and wellbeing. As a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist, my approach is grounded in evidence-based practice. I help clients uncover unhelpful patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and regain a sense of clarity and control. Many notice benefits such as improved sleep, greater confidence, and an increased ability to relax. Others describe feeling more resilient, more present in their relationships, and able to make choices that support a healthier, more balanced life.

Wellness Coach
Julia Boiko-Shur
Welcome, I’m Julia. I help people build a healthy and balanced lifestyle through a supportive, realistic approach to wellness. My coaching combines nutrition, fitness and mindfulness to create habits that truly fit your life, not someone else’s rules or expectations. My philosophy is simple: everything starts with love. When you care for your body and mind from a place of compassion instead of pressure or punishment, lasting change becomes possible. Wellness isn’t about restriction, perfection or trying to earn your worth. It’s about feeling good, feeling grounded and connected to yourself. Together, we explore what feels right for you. We focus on consistency, not extremes. I guide you to find what works, what you enjoy and what supports your energy, confidence and wellbeing, not just for a moment, but for life.

Freelance Health, Medical and Wellness Content Writer
Caitlin MacLaren
I have been working as a Freelance Health, Medical and Wellness Content Writer for the past couple of years, but am keen to diversify. I am hugely passionate about health and wellness from a variety of perspectives, particularly delving into scientific principles which underpin health and wellness. Aside from writing, I thoroughly enjoy conducting research, whether that's scholarly, qualitative or quantitative, or exploring new products within the health and wellness sector. On that note, I have recently become hugely interested in design and the process of product development, particularly within health and wellness and how the composition of products can potentially affect health. Interests have also extended to interior design and architecture, and how products within the home and construction industry can impact upon health and overall wellbeing. Working on a freelance basis, I am open to any suitable opportunities, whether that's writing, conducting research or collaborating on product design and development.
